Infinity has announced a $15 million funding round at a valuation of $100 million. Its investors include Touring Capital, Principal VC, and researchers associated with OpenAI and Anthropic.

The startup is building a universal inference library designed to run artificial intelligence models across different kinds of hardware, including GPUs, mobile processors, and specialized AI accelerators. Many current applications depend heavily on Nvidia’s CUDA ecosystem, making it difficult and expensive to move models to competing chips.

Infinity’s Ignition system automatically writes low-level code, tests hardware performance, detects errors, and rewrites instructions to improve efficiency. The company hopes to make alternative AI chips easier to use and reduce the industry’s dependence on Nvidia software. The report was published at 6:15 p.m. Ukrainian time.
